The XTREEM SERIES is a new custom engine program built to your individual specifications.

EAGLE ENGINES experimental XTREEM engine series utilizes either Superior Air Parts or Engine Components. This is the brand new, “zero time” four-cylinder or six-cylinder engine designed to meet the demands of discerning experimental aircraft kit manufacturers and sport plane enthusiasts available from 150 hp and up.

• Your choice of Superior Air Parts SL/XP engine kit or Engine Components EXP Titan engine kit
• Oil sump with improved high-flow induction systems
• Computer optimized camshaft intake and exhaust valve lobe design
• Roller lifter technology (per manufacturer)
• Improved crankcase features reinforced cylinder decks plus, balanced oil system and thrust face lubrication
• Thru-hardened steel barrel cylinders
• Nickel+ Carbide coated steel barrel (EXP Titan) cylinders
• Piston cooling nozzles (Superior Air Parts only)
• Camshaft and tappet spray nozzles (EXP Titan)
• Constant speed or fixed pitch configurations
• Dynafocal 1, 2 or conical engine mounts
• FAA certified test cell flight propeller and governor

Build Observe or Build Assist Programs

EAGLE ENGINES is pleased to announce their Build-Observe or Build-Assist Programs for the XTREEM SERIES new experimental engines. You can either watch your engine come to life, or participate in building your own engine.

BUILD-OBSERVE
The first option is observation only; this allows an individual that would like to learn about the building of the engine along with the basics of the engine's operation. Cost $650.

BUILD-ASSIST
The second option is “hands-on” which allows the participant the unique opportunity to build his or her own engine with the assistance of our highly skilled technicians. Cost $1,250.
